Oxford United striker Danny Morgan is looking for a lift after joining Brackley Town on loan.
The 22-year-old forward has been restricted to just four substitute appearance for United in Coca-Cola League Two this term, including three 45-minutes stints against Kidderminster Harriers, Grimsby Town and Rushden & Diamonds.
Morgan, who made his debut for Brackley in the 3-1 win over Oxford City on Saturday, said: "I just want to play games really, so this is a good chance to go down there, hopefully get a few goals and get my match sharpness."
Player-manager Mike Ford was delighted to have Morgan on board.
"It's a real coup to get a player of Danny's quality into this football club," he said.
"He'll compliment the players we have at the club very well. I'm hoping his goal-scoring ability will enable us to maintain our top six position.
"The initial deal is for a one month loan with a view to extending his stay until the end of the season."
Morgan will be seeking to open his Brackley account when they visit Cinderford Town in Southern League Division 1 West tonight.
