Banbury Utd 2, Solihull 0: Banbury's second win over the Easter holidays realistcally ended their fears of relegation from the Premier Division.
They scored in each half and could have had several more, while their keeper Simon Tricker did not have a serious save to make during the 90 minutes.
The home side took the lead after 16 minutes when Chris Jackson blasted home from five yards, following Ady Ballard's corner.
Before half-time, Howard Forinton fired inches wide, and then had another effort disallowed for pushing.
Liam O'Neill went close with two chances just after the break.
Eventually, Forinton made it 2-0 in the 65th minute, following good build-up play by Jackson and Ollie Stanbridge, whose cross was powered home by Banbury's leading scorer.
Banbury Utd: Tricker, Fuller, Jackson, Sullivan, Burnham, Pond, Stanbridge, Blossom (Gooderick 68), Forinton (Mackay 85), Redknap, O'Neill (McKay 74).
