Sam Harrison (Forum) beat Nick Lacey (Bicester) 11-4, 11-4, 11-4 to take the Wren Trophy.
The Oxford League's blue riband junior event was the culmination of an excellent tournament at Forum Youth Centre, Kidlington.
Lacey earned his place in the final with a fine win over Adam Wells.
Laurel Christer took the girls under 18 title, with Nicola Bishop beating Jemma Young to claim the runners up trophy.
In the under 16 boys, Nick Lacey beat Jordan Lee 11-6, 11-9, 12-10.
To get to the final, Lacey defeated George May, while Lee caused a major surprise by beating Adam Wells by 11-9 in the fifth set.
In the under 14s, George May edged out Jordan Lee 11-8, 11-13, 11-9, 11-8.
May, who only reached the final via the play-offs, surprised everyone by beating Jake East. Lee booked his place with victory over Mark Sheppard.
Mark Burns saw off Anthony Howgego 11-5, 11-8, 11-5 in the under 12 final.
The doubles, played on a handicap basis, was won by Sam Harrison and Laurel Christer, who were playing together for the first time.
They beat the holders for the past two years, Adam Wells and Sam Benwell, 11-6, 12-10, 9-11, 15-13.
Harrison and Christer beat Paul Oakley and James Moore, while Wells and Benwell beat Sam Hook and Nick Lacey to reach the final.
The graded event saw Mathew Simmonds prevailed against Ross Henderson, who was taking part in his first tournament, 11-5, 11-3, 9-11, 8-11, 11-9 after a lengthy battle.
