Witney face a crunch home clash against Bletchley tomorrow as they bid to keep their promotion hopes alive in Southern Counties North.

Victory is vital for Witney as they chase second spot - which would earn them a play-off place.

But Bletchley, who have the same number of points as Witney, are also in contention - and so a tough encounter is in prospect.

Carl Strutt and Luke Hollick both start in the three-quarters for Witney, while Jez Hicks comes in on the back row.

It's also a big league weekend for Witney 2nd and 3rd as they both take on visitors Amersham & Chiltern.

Witney 2nd are chasing the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Division 1 North title.

But whatever the result tomorrow, the destiny of the championship will be decided next week at Olney.

However, Mikey Stewart's side will still be looking for a win.

A victory for Witney 3rd in Division 2 North would make them virtually certain of the title.

Chinnor will be looking to cement their highest ever league finish when they face relegation candidates St Marys at Kingsey Road in Powergen South West Division 1.

Richard Major returns to Chinnor's squad as competition hots up for places against Henley Alliance in the Oxfordshire Cup final at Iffley Road on Saturday, April 16 (3.30).
