GLS Hellenic League: Didcot Town manager Stuart Peace says the hectic April fixture schedule could hit their chances of lifting the Premier Division title.
FA Vase finalists Didcot begin a hectic month at home to Almondsbury tomorrow, and have nine league games and a two-legged League Cup semi-final to squeeze in before the April 30 deadline.
There will be no extension, meaning at least two games a week for the Railwaymen.
Peace said: "I worry that it will be decisive in our chase for the title as players could suffer injuries or burn-out.
"Every game left is important to us, so I cannot afford to rest players.
"The league have been very supportive of us during the Vase run, but it's a shame that the season must finish by then, but I guess that's the price of being successful."
League secretary Brian King said: "The FA leagues' committee have said that all league competitions should finish by April 30, especially where clubs could be involved in play-off matches."
Carterton have an even worse backlog than Didcot, with 11 league games and at least two cup ties still to play.
They make the trip to Henley Town without the unavailable Karl Dodds, Mark Jordan and Danny King.
Witney United entertain Hungerford Town as they look to secure a top-ten place.
John McMahon returns for Witney after injury, although Ritchie Saunders (hamstring) is struggling.
Teenage midfielder Tommy Austin makes his debut as Wantage Town host Pegasus Juniors.
Luke Phillips is also set to make his league bow for Ardley United at home to leaders Highworth.
They will be without John Curtis (ankle) and Alex Feaver (back), while Nick Neal (back) is a doubt.
Basement boys Bicester Town are without injured duo Adrian Field (ankle ligaments) and Neil King (knee) as they travel to Shortwood United.
North Leigh visit Slimbridge and are still missing Joe Burnell with a knee injury.
