Opener Manoj Parmar hit a majestic unbeaten 122 to steer Thame Town to a five-wicket win over Hungerford in the Cockspur Cup second round.
Chasing Hungerford's 191-8 off 44 overs, Parmar dominated the home side's bowling as Thame clinched victory at 195-5 off just 33 overs.
Earlier, seamers Sam Lachlan and Luke Merry again impressed with economical spells to keep Hungerford in check.
Thame are now at home to Bournemouth, who saw off a spirited challenge from visitors Kidlington to win by 33 runs.
The Hampshire outfit posted 206-9, with Sajid Hussain picking up 4-51.
Kidlington then lost wickets at regular intervals, with only Shahbaz Ali, who finished unbeaten on 67, making any impact as they closed on 173-9.
Oxford slipped to a four-wicket defeat at South Wilts.
The visitors set a challenging 205-7 with good contributions from Adam Cook (50), Ian Crosby (44) and Stewart Laudat (38).
But, despite the efforts of Rupert Evans (3-30), it didn't prove enough as South Wilts clinched victory at 208-6 with 2.4 overs to spare.
Banbury were indebted to a seventh-wicket stand between Mark Rorich and Danny Harding as they won by 26 runs at Moseley.
Richard Kaufman's side were in trouble at 109-6, but then Rorich (48no) and Harding (41) put on 71 to help them to 187-9 off 44 overs.
With paceman Simon Launder (3-19) taking a couple of early wickets, Moseley also found runs hard to come by.
Youngster Luke Ryan produced a superb spell to take 2-20 from his nine overs, and with Paul Taylor and Jimmy Phillips also picking up two wickets, Moseley were bowled out for 161.
Henley made short work of Bashley with a crushing ten-wicket win at the Break- spear.
Darren White (3-18) was the pick of the Henley bowlers as Bashley were shot out for 105.
Openers Chris Ellison (54no) and Mark Bredell (47no) then took Henley to victory in just 13.4 overs.
Challow & Childrey won by 28 runs at Thatcham Town, and now visit Havant.
