Radio fans in Banbury will soon have another station to tune into after Ofcom issued a new commercial radio licence in the area.
Radio station The Bear was awarded the licence on May 9.
A spokesman said: "The Bear will provide a locally focused, adult contemporary radio station with news, information and features of particular relevance to Banbury and the surrounding areas."
The Bear is owned by The CN Group and is expected to start broadcasting soon.
