A woman was sexually assaulted in Wantage in the early hours of May 8.
The 32-year-old woman was approached by the man who assaulted her in an alleyway running from Mill Street to Witan Way and Barwell between 1.15am and 1.45am.
Dc Chris Leech, of Abingdon CID, said: "The woman was very shaken by the incident.
"I'm keen to speak to a white man wearing a striped top who the woman saw just before she was assaulted."
