A taxi driver charged with raping a young woman dropped off his victim with the words 'Don't worry I won't charge you', a court heard.
Sam Rahmouni, of Danes Road in Bicester, is charged with raping a 27-year-old bar manager and sexually touching a 19-year-old Oxford University student. He denies both charges.
Oxford Crown Court heard Rahmouni drove one victim to a secluded spot, where he raped her.
The court also heard the 37-year-old drove a student through Oxford, touching her and asking her for sex in December last year.
The alleged rape victim said she had been drinking in Oxford with her boyfriend before she got into Rahmouni's taxi on January 19, 2002, and he drove her to a car park.
She said: "When I told him he was going the wrong way, he just laughed. I was so frightened I couldn't do anything.
"I just thought 'Get it over and done with'. The taxi driver dropped me off outside my house and said, 'Don't worry, I won't charge you'."
Paul Mitchell, defending, challenged the woman's story, saying she was drunk and had consented to sex.
Rahmouni was arrested in connection with a charge of sexual assault on a 19-year-old Oxford University student.
A DNA test later linked the taxi driver to the alleged rape. The student had climbed into Rahmouni's taxi at 4am on December 2.
He drove her around the city, feeling her legs and she became increasingly frightened, the court was told.
Taking the witness stand, she said: "He kept saying, 'I really like your legs' and 'You could be a model'."
The court heard the student eventually jumped out and ran to her college, where she phoned the police.
The trial continues.
