The high seas and air travel have nothing on the new BBC weather format for making one feel the effects of travel sickness.
Travelling is taking on a whole new meaning as my stomach lurches to the movement of the graphics and I reach out for the travel sickness pills.
Sorry, BBC, I think I will catch the ITV weather forecast for a while, at least until my tummy settles.
