Teenagers in Banbury are queuing up to become junior street wardens.
More than 50 children applied to become wardens, and 100 entered a competition to design a logo and slogan for the scheme.
The competition was won by Shannon Ansell, 10, of Orchard Fields School, whose slogan was 'our community in safe hands.' The first project is to create an outdoor meeting place for Drayton School pupils.
