One of the 'housemates' on this year's Big Brother reality TV show is an Oxford student and party animal who was sacked by a nightclub for drinking too much.

Flirty Sam Heuston, a marketing student at Oxford Brookes University, has been involved in heated rows on the Channel 4 show.

But there is probably much more to come, says a former employer who saw Sam at work enticing revellers into the Park End club.

Manager Zoltan Branch said the venue, in Park End Street, was left with no choice but to dismiss the 23-year-old from her promotions job because of her wild drinking and partying habits.

Sam, who shares a house with friends in east Oxford, worked from September 2003 until June last year as a "Spank girl", promoting the club's Monday student night by luring customers from other bars.

"Sam worked with another girl and they sorted out their own outfits," recalls Mr Branch.

"Let's just say that they didn't leave a lot to the imagination. She was very good at her job. She was the pied piper of the club scene and everyone followed her.

She would bring in the students and then knock off at midnight.

"She would then spend two hours getting annihilated. Other staff would get five free drink vouchers, which would last them all evening. Sam would be knocking on the door for more after half an hour.

"In the end, we had to let her go, because she was drinking more than she was selling."

Sam was also a dancer at Fuzzy Ducks, the former student night at The Zodiac, in east Oxford. Originally from Surrey, she is also a regular in the City Arms pub, in Cowley Road.

Mr Branch said: "I've no doubt there's more to come from Sam. She's a laugh-a-minute girl and I'm sure she'll open peoples' eyes a bit more. I wish her luck."
