BICESTER & North Oxford skipper Ian Bryan is looking to teenage star Alex Jewell to do the damage again when they travel to Beaconsfield in Division 2 West tomorrow.
Last weekend, the 18-year-old left-hander hit a superb 69 in their draw with Gerrards Cross.
"He's my favourite person at the moment! He doesn't look like he will ever be bowled out," said Bryan.
"The only reason he got out on Saturday was because he was really going for it.
"Alex is a class batsman - he makes it look so easy."
Richard Lynch, Paul Jeacock and Graham Savin all return for Bicester.
That means they will be at full strength, with the exception of Ben Chapman who is unavailable. John Richardson plays for the seconds.
Ian Hawtin is back, after captaining Oxfordshire to a 257-run victory over Wiltshire in the Minor Counties Championship.
Bryan added: "I have targeted our next two games, starting with Beaconsfield, as ones that we can win. Although they have a decent bowling attack, their batting is not that strong."
