Free trips to Australia are on offer, courtesy of Banbury Rotary Club.
The club is looking to sponsor young businessmen and women on study exchange visits to Canberra, in October, for five weeks.
The deadline for completed applications is June 30 and interviews will take place during July.
For further details, call 07811 339577 or 07748 363922. Rotarian Laurie Cunningham said: "This is an opportunity of a lifetime and involves no cost to either employee or employer. The programme provides a unique opportunity for four young business and professional men and women, aged between 25 and 40, to explore and develop their experience and and leadership skills in another country.
"There are many benefits to the employer as the scheme is widely recognised as the best management training that money can't buy."
Mr Cunningham added: "It provides an excellent opportunity to develop top performing, up and coming, young leaders -- and helps those destined for the top gain valuable international experience."
