Three Thames Valley Police officers have pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of an Oxford motorist who collapsed after being stopped.
Pcs Robin Shane, 31, Paul Summerville, 25, and John Shatford, 32, denied the unlawful killing of Robin Goodenough, 26, pictured.
They also denied a second charge of assault causing actual bodily harm when they appeared at the High Court.
The charges relate to an incident in September 2003 when Mr Goodenough, of Barton, Oxford, was stopped by police. He died from heart failure.
The officers were remanded on bail until their trial on October 4.
