to offload MANAGER Brian Talbot says he may need to move fringe players out to bring in the players he wants at Oxford United.
Talbot, who is on holiday in America remaining patient as he looks to add to the four signings he has already made - Billy Turley, Lee Mansell, Chris Willmott and Stuart Gray.
"I've targeted one or two players, but I think people have got to appreciate there is a wage cap now," he said.
"You can only use 60 per cent of your income on players' wages. We are aware of that, and are already very close to that figure."
Talbot is aware that United fans are wondering who will replace players such as top scorer Tommy Mooney, Paul Wanless and Lucas Cominelli.
"I'm sure people are asking when am I going to get that 20-goal man? When are we going to get a commanding centre midfield man?
"I know that is what they are waiting for, but to be honest those players haven't become available yet.
"Players don't want to make decisions yet. June is when they make decisions, and towards the end of the month I expect more decisions to be made."
