A landlord has brought a whole new meaning to outdoor living at his pub.
Real turf, flowers, hanging baskets and even a pond, complete with goldfish, make up the indoor beer garden at Bladon's White House pub.
Landlord Ed Bradbury, pictured with colleague Jamie Greene, came up with the wacky idea to contribute to the annual Bladon Feast.
He said: "I went to a meeting about the feast, and there were quite a few people who were going to be opening their gardens to the public.
"There were eight or nine and I said 'put me down as number 10 and I will come up with something a bit different'.
"We spent a night laying turf on the stone floor and put in benches. It's gone down really well with customers -- some just think I'm silly and mad, but a lot have said 'good on you' and say it's really nice to sit in.
"We've not had great weather this year, and this means they've been able to enjoy the outdoors without the drizzle."
It is not the first time Mr Bradbury who has run the pub with wife Mave for nearly three years, has wowed customers with his unusual ideas.
During the last World Cup, the father-of-two set up a turfed area and goalposts at his former pub, The Bookbinders, in Jericho, Oxford.
His latest display will stay on show at The White House until June 19.
