Friends and relatives of the four people who died in the Oxford Eastern Bypass crash will visit the scene together on June 19.
A lane of the ring road where Oxford Community School pupils Liam Hastings and Josh Bartlett, both 13, Peers Technology College pupil Marshall Haynes, 13, and Howard Hillsdon, 21, all lost their lives, will be closed to traffic during the tribute.
The two schools have organised coaches to take up to 400 school friends, staff and family members to the crash scene before the many cards, flowers and tribute messages are removed next week.
Letters have been sent to parents of children at both schools to inform them about the visit and invite pupils to attend.
Oxford Bus Company is providing four coaches and drivers have volunteered to take mourners to the crash site.
Two double-decker coaches will leave from the schools simultaneously at 8.40am, allowing the group to spend about half-an-hour at the scene. The coaches will return to the schools at 9.30am to take a second group of people to the site before the lane is re-opened at 10.30am.
Peers head Chris Dark said: "We wanted to work together to arrange something sensitive and if people want to take part, we've done a good thing.
"Nothing will be said. It's just a chance for groups of friends to stand quietly at the scene and think about the boys who died."
Peers pupils Aiden Wood, 13, and Connor Hunt, 12, have returned home. Oxford Community School pupil Jake Proper is said to be progressing well at the JR, while Anton Dublin, who was celebrating his 13th birthday when the crash happened, and his mother Angela, are both stable in hospital.
A funeral service for Josh Bartlett was due to be held at The Church of The Holy Family in Blackbird Leys, at 9.30am on June 17, followed by a burial at Wolvercote.
The funeral for Marshall Haynes, who lived in Greater Leys, was due to take place at St James Church, Cowley, at 2pm, on June 17, followed by burial at Wolvercote Cemetery.
Pupils, who have been asked by Marshall's family to wear football shirts or casual wear instead of black, will be walking to the funeral from Peers school in small groups accompanied by staff.
A service at Oxford Crematorium will take place on Monday at 10.30am for Liam Hastings, of Rose Hill. Marshall's family will visit the school on June 22 to meet his friends.
