Police investigations are continuing into the identity of a man whose body was discovered by a member of the public at Oxford's Shotover Park.
Scott Newman The body was found on the Horspath side of the park at 11.30am on Sunday.
The discovery follows the disappearance of Scott Newman, 38. He left his home in Horspath at 6am on Wednesday, June 1, apparently on his way to Oxford railway station to catch a train to his job in Reading.
His grey Renault Scenic car was found abandoned later the same day in undergrowth at the country park.
Mr Newman, a father of two, has not been seen since.
