A brilliant century by Richard Hewitt gave Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts a surprise 40-run victory over Bicester & North Oxford in the second round.
Hewitt hit an unbeaten 104 as Nondies rattled up 181-7 from their 20 overs.
Bicester replied with 141-5, Darryl Woods contributing an unbeaten 72.
In the quarter-final, Nondies are away to Kidlington, who saw off Long Hanborough by 67 runs.
Chasing Kidlington's 155-5, Hanborough's hopes disappeared with a sublime catch from Shahbaz Ali to dismiss danger man Rob Lovick.
Shahbaz also ran out Michael Dove as Kidlington replied with 87. Adam Lawrence took 4-9 for the winners.
Challow & Childrey wasted little time in beating Kingston Bagpuize.
Chasing 112 for victory, Challow knocked off the runs in just 8.5 overs, Australian Mark Ellison leading the way with 47 not out.
Thame proved too strong for Tiddington, winning by 60 runs.
Banbury gained a walk-over against near neighbours Banbury Twenty, who were unable to raise a side.
