Oxford University rider Danny Axford took the honours in the Ben Owen Tribute Race on the Brightwell hilly course through Cholsey.
He recorded a time of 22mins 40secs to pip Oxford City's Howard Waller by two seconds.
Third place went to Didcot Phoenix rider Paul Lloyd, who posted 22.48.
Axford's time together with fellow Oxford University A team riders John Tuckett 22.52, David McGraw 23.39 and Samantha van Gerbig 25.04 was enough to take the team time trial, and with it the Ben Owen Tribute Trophy.
Second place in the team event went to Didcot Phoenix A, who were just 20 seconds off the pace.
Oxonian A were a further 2.04.00 back in third.
