CCS Home Counties Premier League: Banbury captain Richard Kaufman says tomorrow's Division 1 opponents Oxford are a Jekyll and Hyde side.
And because of this he believes his team must be on their guard for the derby clash at White Post Road.
Kaufman said: "You never know which Oxford are going to turn up.
"They can play some good cricket and some bad cricket. We are hoping the bad side turn up on Saturday."
Having lost to Falkland and surrendered the top spot to High Wycombe in their last game, Banbury are desperate to return to winning ways.
They recall teenage spinner Luke Ryan, who took six wickets for the seconds on Saturday, in place of Steve Beck.
Kaufman added: "Everyone knows each other. There will be some good battles."
All-rounder Ian Evans is back in the Oxford side after injury and replaces Ian Crosby.
Skipper Pat Jobson was frustrated his side didn't manage to beat Wycombe last time out and is looking for them to raise their game.
He said: "We were the only side that were going to win that game, but to fall 38 runs short was a bit disappointing.
"Banbury is another big game and hopefully we can get a result there.
"We just need to do a little better to get these 25 points rather than drawing."
Henley will be looking for a morale-boosting home win over fourth-placed Slough after their 25-point deduction for fielding an unregistered player was confirmed this week.
TOMORROW'S TEAMS
Banbury (vs Oxford, home): Smith, P Taylor, Haupt, Kaufman (capt), Harding, C Taylor, Ryan, Wolstenholme, Murrey, Launder, Phillips.
Oxford (vs Banbury, away): Cook, Jobson (capt), Laudat, Nambiar, Sekhri, Williams, I Evans, J Evans, P Evans, Angove, R Evans.
Aston Rowant have Chris Davis back from injury and promote Mark White from the seconds for tomorrow's Division 2 West home clash with North Maidenhead.
Davis returns in place of Tom Needham while White replaces Lee Lewis after hitting 105 not out as they bid to build on Saturday's win over Burnham.
Captain Chris Eaton said: "We needed that win. It picked everyone up.
"We've got North Maidenhead who are now below us in the league so that gives us a good chance."
Batsman Rob Layton replaces the holidaying Chris Wynd as second-placed Thame Town host basement boys NPL Teddington.
"We are looking to start winning again. We've played two good sides in the last two weeks and have found it difficult," said skipper Rob Brooks.
"I don't think we started well last week and we didn't bowl as well as we could have.
"We are looking to try and get control of the game early on as the last couple of games have got away from us."
Ben Chapman and Andrew Sabin both return to the Bicester & North Oxford side for their home game with Farnham Royal.
This means Charlie Blair and James Holton miss out from the team that beat North Maidenhead so convincingly.
The 111-run victory featured a century from Darryl Woods and six wickets from Lee Mason.
Alex Jewell will also be looking to impress with the bat ahead of his Minor Counties Championship debut for Oxfordshire on Sunday.
