Rush Common Primary School in Abingdon has won another top award for its computer website design and content -- and the latest achievement was all done in French.
The school was judged first in the junior category in Oxfordshire in the British Computer Society's schools competition. Six children each received a PlayStation.
The school was awarded a shield plus £750 towards the cost of buying new computer equipment.
The winning design was a play written and performed in French, filmed, edited and transferred to the school's website.
Headteacher John Fisher said: "This latest achievement is a superb testimony to the work and dedication of both pupils and staff.
"It puts Rush Common in the forefront of computer learning."
The six pupils, all aged 10, who wrote, filmed and edited the play, are pictured above. The children who acted in the play were Claire Hawthorn, Sean Summersby, Vicky Berry, Stephanie Nash and Fraser Capill.
Earlier this year, Rush Common was the only school in the county to win an award from the National Association of Advancement in Computer Education.
