Opening with two spinners, Bicester failed to capitalise on early chances on and saw their victory hopes slip away.
Off-spinner Paul Jeacock was the pick of the bowlers with 4-50 from 17.2 overs.
Stowe schoolboy Rory Lyon claimed 2-47 from 16 overs on his debut, but Farnham got home with four wickets and 37.2 overs to spare.
