West Indian maestro Hiriam Shallow smashed his second century in succession and his fourth of the season to help Tetsworth to a massive 194-run victory over Garsington in Division 1 on Sat- urday.

He scored 119 in a 238-run first-wicket stand with Del Cyrus, who hammered a belligerent 131 as Tetsworth rattled up a formidable 329-4.

Garsington were never in the chase, and settled for batting bonus points, closing on 135-8 with Steve Richardson unbeaten on 55.

Hook Norton's in-form skipper, Simon Richards, also hit his second consecutive century in a 112-run win at Minster Lovell.

Richards smashed 131 in Hooky's daunting total of 270-6 on a green wicket, before Minster were bowled out for 158, despite a fine 53 from Keith Wright.

Oxford Caribbean kept up their title challenge with a 37-run victory over Great Hor- wood.

Eddie Howard (77) and Richie Matthews (49) helped Caribbean to 231-9, before Horwood were dismissed for 194, Carl Palmer taking 3-38.

Twyford edged to a two-wicket victory at home to Freeland, who made 179-6.

Twyford were once again indebted to Inam ul-Haq (66) and Haroon Malik (53) as they reached 182-8 in the penultimate over.

Witney Swifts saw off Westbury by 47 runs.

Omar Hussain top-scored an unbeaten 80 and Alan Williams scored 62 in Swifts' 249-4, Williams passing 500 runs for the season in his innings.

Andy Walker then claimed 4-38 as Westbury were dismissed for 202.

In Division 2, Tanveer Nadeem (88) was again in the runs for Brill, who saw off Faringdon by 49 runs.

Brill rattled up 266-5, Nick Judd chipping in with 67.

Faringdon were then restricted to 217-8, Nigel Hutt top-scoring with 65.

Dave Taylor hit an unbeaten 103 as Horley thrashed Marcham by 143 runs.

Horley posted 268-3, with Taylor and Dan Campbell (87no) sharing an unbroken stand of 201 for the fourth wicket.

Marcham were then bowled out for just 125.

Charlbury saw off Shrivenham by 22 runs.

Jack Massey top-scored with 40 in Charlbury's 189-5, and then Nick Merry (3-32) and Andy Glass (3-60) helped bowl Shrivenham out for 167.

In Division 3, Dave Gardner claimed 6-15 as Combe shot out West Witney for just 34 to win by 109 runs.

He had earlier hit 36 in Combe's 143 all out.

Rob Garrett hammered 112 as Stonesfield beat Langford by five wickets.

Langford made 250-6, David Cane hitting 89, Andy Keating 55 and Neil Poynter 52.

But Garrett then steered Stonesfield to 253-6 with eight balls to spare.

Uffington's Clive Robson took 4-36 in his first game for seven years, but couldn't stop Begbroke winning by 51 runs.

Robson led the way as Begbroke were bowled out for 138, but then Mike Coffey (4-22) and James Head jnr (3-18) skittled Uffington for 87.
