The bankrupt former chairman of the troubled Morris Motors Athletic and Social Club claims he is owed thousands of pounds by the Cowley institution.
Former chairman Tom Doliamie is owed £19,000 "for work done", according to a list of creditors revealed to the Oxford Mail.
The list, compiled by the acting committee and dated March 29, 2005, also mentions committee member Norman Goodey as being owed £5,000 "for work done", and present acting chairman Rod Smitham being due £1,000 for "legal costs paid by Rod".
Developer Chesside Homes, which is to build homes and a new clubhouse on part of the five-acre Crescent Road site, is listed as being owed £70,000.
Mr Doliamie, who has been declared bankrupt at Oxford County Court, was unavailable for comment.
He was until recently staying at the club after returning from the Ukraine where, according Mr Smitham, he was mugged and robbed of cash.
Now the acting committee is to sue the former committee for £120,000 on July 22 in the county court.
It holds some former members personally responsible for expenses incurred last year when the former committee dismissed its chairman, Mr Doliamie.
Mr Doliamie was reinstated after counter-suing. He then suspended the former committee members.
Mr Smitham said: "This list should not be in the public domain. The money owed to us is for bills all three of us paid out of our own pockets on the club's behalf and for which we have invoices.
"Tom paid out sums before he was declared bankrupt. For example, he and Norman both shared the cost of a new boiler that was needed for the squash courts."
