Having heard that the figure for police vehicle crash casualties, both fatal and otherwise, increased by 60 per cent in the UK in 2003/4 -- and what took them so long to count them? -- I am reminded of the fact that there still appears to be no justification for the recent careering off the road of one such speeding car in Headington, miraculously causing no such harm.
