There seems to be no stopping Phil 'The Machine' Adams, who rattled off his third 17-doll haul of the season as Cricketers crushed Squire Bassett 3-0 in the Premier & Section 1.
What makes his feat even more remarkable is that he has only played five games due to work shift patterns - and his three 17-doll tallies have come from the only three home games he has featured in.
Phil Wilkins, Kevin Baker and Den Seller all chipped in with a six apiece in the 34-23, 26-24, 34-21 top-flight win.
The top two teams met in Section 2, where leaders, Woodman, got the better of Black Swan 2-1.
Woodman comfortably took the first two legs 19-12 and 22-18, before Swan grabbed a consolation point, winning the third leg 25-19.
Swan's Dave Green had mixed fortunes, only mustering one in the first leg, but bagging himself a brace of fives in the next two.
Gladiators' Brian Richards was in top form, clanging off 14 dolls (4-5-5), as his side eased to a 3-0 victory over Marston British Legion in Section 3.
Anchor man Keith Weller got them on their way by knocking off the four dolls needed to snatch the first leg 22-21.
They then took the second 23-20, and finally secured all three points 26-18, with lead-off man Kevin Neal producing a perfect start with a six.
Democrats dented Fairview's charge up the Section 4 table with an impressive 3-0 home win.
Billy Hill was in devastating form with a 4-3-5 haul in the convincing 21-15, 17-15, 26-13 victory.
Section 5 leaders Crown lost away at Quarry Gate 2-1 thanks to the excellent throwing by home anchor man Pete Kennett.
Crown set in all three legs, but their scores of 12-19-15 were nowhere near enough as Quarry passed each with ease, 24-18-18, Kennett hitting 5-4-6.
In Section 7, Prince Of Wales' Trevor Barnett went from one extreme to the other, hitting a two and a blob in his first two throws, and then notching a rare six in their 2-1 defeat of Barley Mow.
Despite having a player short, Blackbird finally recorded their first win of the season in Section 8, beating New Club 2-1.
With the game finely poised at a leg each, Blackbird set 17, which was more than enough as the Club men fell seven short. Dave Simms top-scored with ten dolls.
Ampleforth Arms remain top, but were given a scare at home to Vikings.
After losing the first leg 19-15, they came back well to easily take the next two 22-15, 23-17. Jeff Brandon (3-5-5) top-scoring with a baker's dozen.
In Section 10, Red Lion, Yarnton roared the loudest as they beat Red Lion, Wendlebury 2-1.
Eric Green threw well for his ten dolls in the 18-13, 17-16, 14-16 scoreline.
Despite Derek Brock clanging off 14 dolls (4-4-6), Red Lion, Islip still lost out to Red Lion B, Wendlebury 2-1 in Section 12.
Losing the first leg 14-10 and the second on a three-stick shoot-out after tying 12-12, they came back well to win the third 21-16.
After going through all of last season without a win, Kings Arms Ladies picked up their fourth victory of this season defeating Crown & Thistle 2-1 in Section 13.
They lost the first leg 9-6, but picked up the next two 9-8, 9-7.
