Playing away from home with ten boys, Summertown Dragons had to work hard to keep the score down to 1-0 at half-time against a Faringdon team that attacked in wave after wave of forceful and inventive football.
In a seesaw second half the Dragons drew level, went ahead, and were then pinned back 2-2 for what seemed ages till they finally clinched it with 2 more goals.
Joe Clauson and Ed James scored for Faringdon, with Spike Bott and Max Greenway (who scored a hat-trick) doing the damage for the visitors.
A cracking match to end the season, with lots of really good football and high drama!
