Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a service station in Bloxham.
Burglars entered the Texaco garage on the A361 South Newington Road, at about 1.45am on Saturday, through the roof.
The burglars then used an angle grinder to gain access to a cashpoint within the service station, before leaving the scene some time about 3.50am.
The burglars also stole money from the tills, cigarettes, and alcohol.
PC Charlie Loggin said: “We are yet to confirm the exact amount of money taken from the cashpoint, but it is believed to be several thousand pounds.
“I would urge anyone who was in the South Newington Road area at this time, who may have seen people acting suspiciously, or a suspicious vehicle, to contact me as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information should contact PC Loggin via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505, alternatively you can contact the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
