Claire Devlin, 21, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Middleton Road, Banbury, on February 21. Had 113 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35.

Given a 12-month community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £25 costs. Banned from driving for two years, reducible by six months on completion of a course.

Nigel Haines, 34, of West Street, Banbury, admitted assault by beating and criminal damage to a window in Banbury on February 19. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £65 costs and pay £100 compensation.

Darren Champion, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Banbury on September 12. Fined £200, £85 costs and £15 victims’ surcharge.

Timothy Swift, 27, of Werrell Drive, Boars Hill, convicted of failing to give information regarding a driver’s identity between July 15 and August 13 in Banbury. Fined £300, £85 costs and £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Jonathan Pym, 46, of High Street, Tetsworth, admitted driving without due care and attention in Little Milton on June 30 by driving into the path of a motorcyclist causing damage and injury. Fined £300, costs of £200 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given four penalty points.

Andrew Adams, 21, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on March 2. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 costs.

Norman Gourley, 57, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting a bottle of wine and a quiche worth £9.99 from Abingdon Waitrose on March 11. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge, deemed paid by detention in court for a day.

Daniel Munt, 19, of Church Road, Horspath, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Holton on October 19. Fined £65, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Stevi Bottley, 19, of Dudgeon Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report for supervision on November 19. Given an additional 60 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £20 costs.

Liam Rowe, 19, of Haldene Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report for supervision on November 30 and January 4. Original offence of possession of cannabis re-sentenced. Given two-months prison, suspended for a year, and 12-month supervision order with three-month curfew.

Peter Zhenghepeng, 18, of Valentia Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without an MOT in Marston Street, Oxford, on January 20.

Fined £450, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also given six penalty points.

John Flavin, 49, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to require with the community requirements of a suspended sentence by breaking a curfew on 10 occasions. Suspended sentence of 90 days implemented, but varied to 45 days.

Craig Isle, 24, of Burwell Drive, Witney, convicted of speeding in Besselsleigh Road, Wootton, on August 13 by doing 56mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £350, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs. Also given six penalty points.

Helen Pauling, 28, of Langdale Gate, Witney, admitted failing to notify a change of circumstance affecting entitlement to benefit by failing to notify West Oxfordshire District Council of a change of address between November 10, 2008, and April 19, 2009. Given a two-year conditional discharge. Told to pay £30 costs.

Peter Langley, 62, of Glynswood, Chinnor, admitted failing to notify a change of circumstance affecting entitlement to benefit by failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions that he was working and was no longer incapable of working between December 18, 2006, and June 3, 2009. Fined £300, £75 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Mark Pullen, 25, of Gerard Place, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to work as instructed on November 17. Given an additional 20 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £75 costs.

Thomas Dodds, 18, of Foscot, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving in St Thomas Street, Oxford, on March 4. Had 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months, reducible by 16 weeks on completion of a course.

Agnieszka Sadowska, 32, of Hawthorn Avenue, Oxford, admitted shoplifting three items of cosmetics valued at £51.50 from Debenhams in Oxford on March 3. Four other offences also taken into consideration. Given a 12-month conditional discharge with £85 costs.

Darren Sanders, 42, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting four YSL aftershave bottles valued at £207 from Debenhams in Oxford on March 3.
