A 12-year-old girl who went missing from her Blackbird Leys home has been found safe and well.
Ellie Mai-Hill, who went missing from her home in Pegasus Road at 10pm on Wednesday was found at an address in St Albans last night and arrived home at about 4am today.
Thames Valley Police spokesman Chris Kearney said: “Ellie-Mai Hill has been found safe and well.
“We had information that she was staying with friends in St Albans and asked local officers to check an address for us.
“Once she was located, she was taken to a police station before being taken to Blackbird Leys and returned home at about 4am.”
