HEADINGTON: The Letting Centre (tlc) has appointed Claire Whiteside as its senior lettings negotiator.

Ms Whiteside is delighted to be working for a family-run firm. She said: “I love working for tlc as the emphasis is on quality and the personal touch rather than the quantity of properties let.”

The 24-year-old previously worked as manager at a local estate agent and has a thorough knowledge of Oxfordshire as she went to Bloxham School near Banbury.

Her job is varied and involves valuing properties, showing potential tenants round, handling the paperwork and looking after the tenants.
