Hanney continued their winning run as they scored seven without reply against a much improved Abingdon side, Hanney scored after just two minutes and didn't look back after that, playing some absolutely beautiful football throughout the match. Abingdon again went out with only ten men but played some lovely football when they had possession. Dan Fisher was missing in goal for Hanney and it was all credit to the miserly defence that Karl Harvey had very little to do. A brace of goals each from Philip Webster, Liam Anderson and Chris Willison and another from Marc King decided the match. Congratulations to Abingdon, they showed great character and a fantastic team spirit in adversity.
