Christopher Knowles, 33, of Wykham Place, Banbury, admitted harassment (breach of a restraining order) in Banbury on February 25.
Jailed for two months because the defendant had breached the order four times and committed the offence while on licence.
Craig Cripps, 25, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted possessing a kitchen knife in a public place, namely Bluebell Way, Carterton, on January 24. Given a 12-month community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £20 costs.
Liam Good, 21, of no fixed address, convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harrasment, alarm or distress in Witney on September 23. Fined £35, £15 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.
Peter Elliott, 24, of Dairy Ground, Kings Sutton, admitted drink driving in Oxford Road, Banbury, on February 20. Namely having 51microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit 35microgrammes. Fined £100, £35 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Also banned from driving for a year, reducible by three months on completion of a course.
Adrian Marlow, 43, of Laburnum Crescent, Kidlington, admitted drink driving in Banbury Road, Kidlington, on December 23. Namely having 218miligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107miligrammes.
Fined £100, costs of £70 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also banned from driving for 17 months, reducible by four months on completion of a course.
Jake Preedy, 18, of no fixed address, admitted causing £20 of criminal damage to a Yale lock door belonging to Sanctuary Housing in Banbury on February 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 compensation and £50 costs.
Mark Walker, 24, of Spinney Drive, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a condition of a shotgun certificate by failing to notify a change in address.
Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £70 costs.
Thomas Keenan, 19, of South Bar, Banbury, admitted racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage to a car windscreen valued at £200 in Banbury on January 22.
Given a three-month curfew and a six-month supervision order. Also told to pay £75 compensation and £70 costs.
Brendan O’Neill, 20, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm and obstructing or resisting a police constable in Banbury on January 9.
Given a 12-month community order and told to undertake 160 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £200 compensation and £80 costs.
Jeremy Stokes, 27, of Fronhir Estate, Powys, Wales, admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to report a road accident on the M40 at Wheatley on August 9. Fined £400, costs of £120 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given eight penalty points.
Austin Blacker, 19, of North Street, Middle Barton, admitted possessing 1.2 grams of Class C ketamine in Banbury on December 4.
Fined £70, £40 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Marcin Nowak, 28, of Portway, Banbury, admitted failing to stop after a road accident and drink driving in Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, on February 17.
Namely having 72microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35microgrammes.
Fined £150, £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs.
Also banned from driving for two years, reducible by six months on completion of a course.
Garry Gradon, 46, of Lichfield Road, West Cornforth, Durham, admitted failing to comply with the maximum axle weight of a large goods vehicle in Newbridge on October 10. Fined £150, £125 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Daryl Crowcroft, 26, of Lapwing Close, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Deans Court, Bicester, on February 6. Fined £120, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
James Snell, 28, of Birch Road, Ambrosden, admitted shoplifting food of an unknown value from Family Farm Service Station in Bicester on February 25. Fined £160, costs of £80 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Duane Morris, 30, of Elm Grove, Milton-under-Wychwood, admitted assault by beating and attempting to shoplift £13 of cider from Co-op in Chipping Norton on August 30.
Also admitted to failing to surrender to court bail in Banbury on December 8.
Jailed for 56 days because it was an assault on a person serving the public, aggravated by alcohol and has not co-operated with probation.
Mark Pentony, 39, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on January 13.
Told to do 130 hours’ unpaid work and pay £85 costs. Also banned from driving for six months.
Benedek Benko, 34, of Windrush, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Windrush, Banbury, on November 8. Namely having 84microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35microgrammes. Fined £350, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given five penalty points.
