A hi-tech firm has become the latest occupant at the Oxford Business Park. Publishing Technology, the UK’s largest supplier of technology and related services for the publishing industry, is moving into the first floor of building 8100 (above) in a deal which sees more than 8,000 sq ft of Grade A space taken on a sub-lease from John Wiley and Sons.
Andrew Parker of agent Savills, who represented Wileys in the transaction, said: “We are delighted to see this deal complete in what remains a lack-lustre commercial market.
“In this instance all the ingredients were right, in terms of space and location, and we were able as a consequence to structure a package which worked well for both sides.”
Publishing Technology moves across from Unipart House, Cowley, with Wileys retaining the ground floor of 8100, as well as its other buildings on Oxford Business Park.
