3. General Secretary
a. Withdrawn from League: Summertown U14B, Didcot Casuals U15. Refer to Discipline
b. Requests for tours from: Grove Challengers U10, May 28th-31st. Abingdon Colts U13, April 30th – May 3rd. Both granted.
c. Letter of complaint received from Crowmarsh over late postponement of U12 game by Whitchurch. As with all postponements will be dealt with by Discipline Committee
d. Written to clubs for return of League trophies by March 21st. Any returned after this date will incur a £20.00 fine.

5. Fixtures
a. Will be OK as long as we get no more lost weekends due to bad weather.
b. Mid-week games have been arranged for some leagues. Clubs may change given date by mutual consent but if can’t agree then date set by Fixtures Secretary will stand.
c. Thanks to Marston Saints for holding the U9 Cup semi-finals-very well organised.
d. Cup Finals: Saturday 24th April U9. Sunday 25th April U10, 12 & 14. Sunday 9th May U11, 13 & 15
