Police are inviting residents of Uffington and the surrounding villages to a community safety event at the Thomas Hughes Memorial Hall, between 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday.
Officers said the event would be informal and give residents an opportunity to talk to the neighbourhood policing team and key partners about any community issues they may have over a cup of tea.
There will also be the chance to pick up information and ask questions of trading standards, Neighbourhood Watch, the NHS South Central, Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, Vale Housing, National Trust, Oxfordshire County Council, Anchor and the Neighbourhood Action Group.
No appointment is necessary, but if you would like some more information please contact Claire Stroud, Neighbourhood Watch Administrator, on 01235 556957 or via email: clare.stroud@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk To receive information, crime alerts or witness appeals local to the area in which you live or work log on to: www.tvpcommunitymessaging.org
