A puppy stolen from a family by three masked men has been found safe and well.
Boss, a 13-week-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was stolen during a raid in Trefoil Place, Greater Leys, Oxford, on Sunday.
Three men with their faces covered and carrying a knife and CS spray burst into the house and took the dog following a messy search.
Oxford CID recovered the dog shortly after 2pm today from a house in Sorrel Road, Blackbird Leys.
Det Con Mark Stalder said: “He has been found safe and well and we are pleased to be able to reunite him with his owners. Both parties seemed very pleased to see one another.”

A 23-year-old man arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary has been bailed to reappear at St Aldate’s police station on May 4.
