POLICE want to speak to this man following a theft in a supermarket car park.
A 31-year-old woman told police she was followed around Sainsbury’s, in Orchard Street, Didcot, at 3pm last Wednesday by a man who watched her type in her pin code at the checkout.
When she reached her car, two men asked for directions and, after they left, she discovered her bank cards and purse had been stolen.
Later that day, £600 was withdrawn from her bank account.
Pc Katie Palmer said: “I’d like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image, anyone who saw him in the area at the time, or who recognises him..
“I would encourage shoppers to take care of their PIN. Make sure you cover the keypad when entering your number, and check to see if anyone is watching you before you do.”
Anyone with information should contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
