Three men have appeared in court accused of abusing a woman and recording it on a mobile phone.
Mohammed Shahjahan, 26, of Slaymaker Close, Headington, was remanded in custody at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
He is charged with rape and a serious sexual assault and will return to the court for a further hearing on Thursday, March 11.
Feizal Ali, 25, of Howard Street, East Oxford, denied the assault and was bailed ahead of a trial on Monday, May 17.
Nicholas Jones, 25, of White Road, Cowley, was bailed to enter pleas tomorrow on the serious sexual assault and voyeurism.
The charges relate to an incident in East Oxford on Saturday, November 14.
