DRIVERS are reporting delays and poor driving conditions on roads across Oxfordshire this morning.
Westbound traffic on the A41 to Bicester is travelling slowly from Ambrosden.
The M40 southbound between Junction 11 Banbury and Junction 9 Bicester is also slow.
Traffic is sluggish from Abingdon to Oxford on the A4183.
Motorists have also reported hazardous driving conditions on the A420 between Botley and the A338 near Appleton.
