A removals company has snapped up space at the Chancerygate Business Centre in Kidlington. House & Carriage has taken a 7,455 sq ft space on a new 15-year lease and requires additional storage space on top of its existing facility in Charlbury.
Duncan May, associate director at agent Lambert Smith Hampton’s Oxford office, said: “LSH has been jointly marketing this development since 2007, and the units have consistently attracted new and expanding companies.
“The flexible lease, and the option to purchase the space further down the line, made unit 30 ideal for House & Carriage, which marks the third letting for the development in 2009. Two further units, totalling 6,913 sq ft, are currently under offer.
“Following a slow start to the development we are now seeing a good level of activity. Eight units are now sold, let or under offer, with discussions progressing on a number of other units on the site.”
