A HOST of information for prospective brides and grooms will be on display at the Oxford Mail Wedding Fayre and Bridal Fashion Show this weekend.
Hundreds of brides-to-be, bridesmaids, grooms and families are expected to come along to the event at the Oxford Belfry, near Junction 7 of the M40 at Milton Common, near Thame, on Sunday.
The fayre, the first of six this year, runs from 11am to 3pm.
Bridal fashion shows featuring professional models wearing dresses by Thame-based Anna McDonald Bridal Gallery, will begin at 11.30am and then again at 1.30pm.
More than 20 other exhibitors offering photography, jewellery, balloons, bridal wear and flowers will also be on hand. Every bride-to-be will receive a goody bag containing free samples and invaluable advice, everyone will receive a complimentary glass of Bucks Fizz, and parking and admission are free.
Oxford Mail exhibition manager Rachel Legg said a visit to the fayre was a great way to prepare for the biggest day of your life.
She said: “The Oxford Mail Wedding Fayres provide a host of great ideas for your big day.
“It’s an essential guide to everything you need and provides you with that all-important opportunity to speak to all the experts in each field.”
The winner of a free prize draw will have exclusive use of the Bridal suite at the Oxford Belfry on their wedding day.
Other prizes include dinner for two at the hotel, and Champagne and chocolates.
Readers of the Oxford Mail will also be entitled to a Special Wedding Package at the hotel from £3,499 for 50 guests. The offer is subject to availability.
