An 18-year-old man has been charged with possession of a class-B drug with intent to supply.
Christopher Fletcher, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, was arrested following an incident on October 28, 2009, where he was stopped in George Street, Bicester, and found to be in possession of just over 63 grams of cannabis.
Fletcher will appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on January 22.
PC Ritchie Iwanoff said: “This was a pro-active stop as part of Operation Falcon, the on-going Thames Valley Police response to the supply of controlled drugs.
“If anyone has any information about drugs in their area, then we would urge them to contact Thames Valley Police immediately on 0845 8 505 505.”
