Train operator First Great Western will again operate an amended service tomorrow due to the cold snap.
FGW said the aim was "to ensure we can run a scheduled service whilst allowing for operating difficulties caused by the significant snowfall".
The majority of FGW services will run, with full timetables planned between Oxford, Reading and London Paddington, on the Cotswold Line between Oxford and Worcester, and on Cherwell Valley stopping services between Oxford and Banbury.
However, the Oxford-Islip-Bicester Town branch service will again be suspended all day and the service between Didcot Parkway, Swindon, Bristol Parkway and South Wales will again be reduced, due to the cancellation of a number of services between London and Cardiff.
Didcot commuters will again have a reduced service to London in the morning, with the 7.19am and 7.28am departures both cancelled.
A shuttle service will run on the Henley-Twyford branch line. Through trains between Henley and London will not run.
Chiltern Railways aims to run a near-normal service from Banbury, Kings Sutton, Bicester North and Haddenham & Thame Parkway stations but says there may well be short-notice delays and cancellations due to the extreme weather.

CrossCountry, which links Oxford and Banbury with the South Coast, the West Midlands and the North, is also planning a near-normal service.
All train operators are advising passengers to check whether their train is running before setting out to stations, due to the risk of further disruption caused by the sub-zero temperatures expected overnight. Call National Rail Inquiries on 08457 484950, see the National Rail website, or see the relevant operator's websites.
