SNOW: Mini plant update
THE early/day shift at BMW's Mini plant in Oxford tomorrow have been cancelled because of the snow, the company said tonight.
However it is expecting the late/night shift will go ahead.
BMW shut down production at the plant in Cowley today because of the severe weather conditions.
It then announced tonight the suspension would continue for the day shift tomorrow.
While the late shift is currently scheduled to go ahead, the company has warned employees they should give themselves extra travel time to get to work.
