Police today appealed for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in North Hinksey.
At about 1.20pm on Saturday, a 59-year-old woman was approached by a man in Willow Walk who exposed himself to her.
The man was white, 5ft 9in tall, aged between 18 and 20, slim, with short brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue jacket, blue jeans and black shoes and spoke with a foreign accent.
