A 15-YEAR-OLD cyclist is being treated by paramedics after suffering a broken leg in North Oxford this morning.
David Staines, a spokesman for Thames Valley Police, said the accident happened when the boy was turning out on to Banbury Road from Davenant Road at about 8.20am.
He added: “A 15-year-old boy has suffered a broken leg after falling off his bike.
“There may have been a collision at the junction involving a silver Ford Focus and officers are trying to establish whether there actually was a collision.
“At the moment, paramedics are treating the boy at the scene.”
