BRITAIN is a tolerant and predominantly Christian country.

We have freedom of speech and personal choice of religion. One does not have to worship in a church to be a Christian.

It is the traditions and customs we follow (and have done for centuries), that is, how we cope with birth, death and times of crisis are all part of Christian life.

Many church-goers donate both their time and money for projects both in this country and abroad.

Research has shown church-goers are calmer, are less depressed, generally fitter and live longer. Perhaps Christianity is not such a bad thing after all!
